2016 American Music Award: Top 10 Best Dressed

The 44th Annual American Music Awards took place last night, November 20, 2016, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. For us fashion lovers this award ceremony means couture galore! There were so many fabulous looks (and so many not so fabulous looks), so we've narrowed down the top 10 best dressed at this year's 2016 AMA'S.
Keep scrolling down to see our favorites!

Hate her or love her, model and AMA's cohost, Gigi Hadid made the AMA's her fashion show! She slayed all 6 of her looks last night and that is why she's our #1 top choice this year.

(From left to right she's wearing: Julien MacDonald, Nicolas Jebran, Atelier Versace, Atelier Versace, Roberto Cavalli, Julien MacDonald.)
Teyana Taylor wore this off-the-shoulder sheer black lace gown by Steven Khalil that was to die for! She had on our favorite dress of the night!

Selena Gomez made a comeback in Prada and glittering diamond Cartier earrings. She looks amazing in this red custom princess dress.
Lady Gaga looking sleek and sexy in Brandon Maxwell.
Hailee Steinfeld looked gorgeous in an an embellished Elie Saab green romper with star motif details and an attached cape and EF Collection rings.
3. Taraji P. Henson pulling off an "effortless look" in this oversized Celine button down shirt and Jimmy Choo Sandals.
Ty Dolla Sign was our top choice for menswear at the AMA's.
The beautiful Zoe Zaldana in Monse.
Julianne Hough in Zuhair Murad.
James Bay, who preformed at the American Music Awards.

A Veiled Tale - Styled by Grace Beraki

Hi everyone! It's been a couple of weeks since I last posted. I've been so busy going to fashion school full-time, and working, so I apologize for that, but school comes first right now.

I usually share my personal style and outfits I've put together or designed, but today I want to show you more of what I do when I'm not creating personal looks. One of my creative works is styling for fashion editorials, bridal and lifestyle photo shoots, as well as wardrobe/clientele styling.

This shoot was so much fun to work on because I got to work with this dark fashion concept I'm really intrigued by. We wanted to do an editorial, but still keep it artistic and couture while going for a dark and alluring mood, so our model Kat was perfect for that. She has a beautiful, mysterious look to her. This romantic Gothic inspired style really came to life with the lace, sheer, tulle, and the rose crown. The jewelry chosen for this look is simple, but bold enough to capture the mood and help tell a story. The studded tears are my favorite!

This is a perfect outfit (minus the veil) to wear to an evening event, or for those days when you want to dress in all black.

We had an awesome team working on this vision, I've listed and linked everyone's name that worked on this photo shoot at the bottom of this post. Please feel free to leave a comment if you'd like to see more of my personal work similar to this
Have a great week!

I love that the model is not wearing just another flower crown, but a romantic red rose crown.

Model is wearing a black velvet strapless dress, with a sheer skirt underneath.

I randomly found this lace poncho with fringe trim at Sauna's Salon. I always keep an out for unique fashion finds no matter where I am. You'll never know what you'll find unless you look with an open mind.
