Easy Outfit to Survive New York in Style

A few weeks ago, I visited New York and I had a blast exploring the city. The weather for the first few days were cold, but bearable. It was on the last day of my visit that it decided to snow! Good thing I packed a nice warm coat. So how do you still look chic despite needing to wear a big coat? Easy! Keep it simple. Underneath my camel coat, I decided to go all black. I paired a black rib knit turtleneck with my black skinny jeans. When traveling, I strategize to pack light, so I brought these black jeans that can be worn in multiple ways. You could switch the black jeans with a lighter wash jean instead, and it would still look cute.  Finishing the outfit with the warm camel color jacket to pull the whole look together. I decided to wear my Over The Knee Boots, which added another layer to the outfit. Over The Knee Boots tend to come back into fashion each year, so it's always worth investing in a good pair like Stuart Weitzman's, or even something more affordable like Steve Madden. I prefer my toe nice and pointed. (The style of the boot, not my actual toe, people.) This style adds a classy and elegant touchTo complete this look, I wore big sunglasses to keep the outfit chicIt also hid my look of confusion of where I actually was when trying to find my way around the city! You'll even probably have people coming up to you asking you for directions!
